Postdoctoral Researcher, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, USA: From 01-10-2020 to 16-05-2025, Topic: “Auto-segmentation of thoraco-abdominal organs and diaphragm in dynamic MRI sagittal acquisitions of the thoraco-abdominal region of healthy children and pediatric subjects with the Thoracic Insufficiency Syndrome” and “Hybrid intelligence-based auto-segmentation of organs in head, neck, thorax, abdomen, and pelvis in low dose and diagnostic CT images”. Presented/published seven conference papers in the SPIE Medical Imaging Conferences held in San Diego, USA in 2023, 2024, and 2025 and have five pre-prints published by Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory Press, USA in medRxiv and bioRxiv. One pre-print published in the journal: Academic Radiology.

  • In addition to my twelve postdoctoral research papers three journal papers were published on detection of architectural distortion in a digitized mammogram (an early and subtle indicator of breast cancer): one paper published in an IEEE journal on liver image analysis (hepatic resection) having 50+ citations. Further worked on knee thermograms and steel image analysis. Also developed softwares for development of teaching aids for electromagnetics presented as an Invited Talk in an IEEE Conference. Currently total citations: 85; h-index: 4; i10-index: 1.
